Job activity

  • Main missions and activities:

– Set up and develop the client portfolio;

 

 




 

–          Design and manage the action plan for marketing and sales activities;

–         Implementation and monitoring of social networks (Facebook) and the website for the promotion of the brand.

–          Carry out prospecting and benchmarking activities;

–          Ensure the follow-up of sales activities;

–          Monitor the market, competition and consumer trends;

–          Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers;

–          Dealing with the needs expressed by customers;

–          Personally follow up all customers and strategic prospects;

–          Develop commercial proposals;

 

 



 

–          Respond to customer requests and objections;

–          Maintain and expand the database of existing customers and prospects

–          Develop the sales strategy;

–          Develop and monitor sales targets;

–         Perform any other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy within his area of ​​expertise;

–          Prepare activity progress reports;

  • Context of the position; Under  the authority of the General Manager, he/she will supervise a team, enjoying a strong autonomy in its activities.

 




 

 

Job profile

Desired         training:

Minimum  BAC + 3 in Marketing Commerce Sales and or any equivalent diploma

Experience         :

Minimum 03 years of experience in the field.

Experience in the sale of fish and agricultural products would be  an asset

  •     Skills :  _

–          Mastery of marketing techniques;

–          Mastery of prospecting and sales techniques;

–          Ability to set up a commercial organization;

–          Understanding of the agri-food sector would be a plus;

–          Good knowledge of the Microsoft package.

 

 

 

Knowledge         : foreign languages

Advanced level in French. Fluency in English would be an asset.

Know         how to be  :

Organizational capacity, team spirit, dynamic, capacity for innovation, capacity for adaptation, openness to   creativity  ,  great interpersonal skills proven negotiation capacity Capacity for persuasion.
