PROFILE SEARCH Minimum level: BAC+3 in marketing, communication, public relations or in a connection field.
Age: 30 years+
Professional experience: Minimum 05 years in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of the company’s sector of activity and market trends

MAIN MISSIONS:
Develop marketing plans and communication strategies
Supervise the implementation of advertising campaigns, promotional actions, public relations and digital communication activities.

Manage partnerships with communication agencies, media and influencers
Analyze market trends, competition and client needs
Coach, train and motivate the marketing and communication team
Monitor marketing performance, analyze results and propose strategic adjustments
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of marketing, communication and project management techniques
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on factual information Strong written and oral communication and public relations skills

Proficiency in IT tools and digital communication platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
