Massive recruitment at SODECOTON

On the recruitment of seasonal staff for the 2022-2023 campaign in ginning factories

Further to Note N0443/20/DG/DAG of September 1, 2020 specifying the procedures for hiring seasonal and temporary staff, factory managers will prepare for the 2022-2023 Campaign, the hiring proposals and will send all files to the Ginning and Delinting Department no later than October 20, 2022. They will ensure that these candidates are in the age group of 21 at 50 years old.

The files must consist of the following documents:

•  A handwritten request addressed to the Director General of SODECOTON;
•  A legalized copy and a photocopy of the CNI stamped CNPS;
•  A certified photocopy of the diploma;
•  A medical certificate issued by a licensed doctor and dated less than three months;

To be filed at SODECOTON Headquarters in Garoua
For former employees:

•  A photocopy of the employment form or the last payslip; A certificate of registration with the CNPS;
