you are the holder     BTS, LICENSE or MASTER
– You have a professional experience of at least 2 to 5 years in the microfinance sector – you master the use of IT tools
You have a strong drafting capacity of procedures each in his field;
– You have a spirit of synthesis and a great capacity for analysis
