*Massive Recruitment of Branch Managers at ALACCS PLC,a category II microfinance*

ALACCS PLC is a category II microfinance with head office in Bamenda – North West Region and with 9 branches over the national territory.

We are recruiting Branch Managers who can work in any of our branches over the national territory.

Key Responsibilities:

    <


    • Administer the general affairs of the branch which include daily operations, sales of products and services, customer experience and lending.
  • Ensure the respect and timely implementation of procedures, policies and the respect of internal rules and regulations Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients, establish their needs and advise on the suitability of services.
  • Plan and deliver effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve branch goals

Guidance and coaching of branch staff.

  • Maintain high standard of discipline at the branch and ensure that all staff are performing to expectation. Provide timely and accurate operational reports of the branch on a regular basis to management.
  • Represent the institution in the community, increasing its visibility to pull in new businesses and enhance existing opportunities.
  • Mount, analyze, appraise, recommend and channel credit requests for approval.

Required Skills and Qualification:

    • At least 2 years’ work experience including at least 1 year in a managerial role in a financial institution
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics/Banking/Finance/Accounting or related fields is preferred.
    • Good understanding of the financial service sector in Cameroon and regulatory requirements.
    • Mastery of internal banking processes and policies.
    • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
    • Strong people management skill and promote teamwork.
    • Good sales acumen of bank products and services who is customer focused and a problem solver
    • Should demonstrate a high level of loyalty, integrity and honesty.
    • Should be self-motivated, engaging, and positive and result driven.
    • Ability to work efficiently and deliver under pressure.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
