application file must include the following documents:
I) A stamped request addressed to the Rector of UMa;
2) A certified photocopy of the birth certificate;
3) A detailed and signed curriculum vitae,
4) Certified photocopies of all diplomas obtained from the Baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level,
5) A certificate of presentation of the original of the highest diploma;
6) A copy of the Doctoral Thesis or PhD for holders of a Doctorate or PhD; or a copy of the Master’s thesis for Master’s holders,
7) A certified copy of the decision to register for a thesis for Master’s holders or a diploma recognized as equivalent and must imperatively attach a progress report on the thesis work formalized by the thesis director,
8) Articles or offprints of publications, if applicable;
9) A medical certificate dated less than three (03) months and established by a doctor in the public health sector;
10) Four (04) 4×4 identity photos (in color);
II) A photocopy of the National Identity Card or valid receipt;
12) An extract from the criminal record bulletin dated less than three (03) months;
13) A sworn statement concerning: (i) the authenticity of the documents presented and (ii) the effective availability of the candidate.
Interested candidates are invited to submit a completefile to the Mail Service (Room R- 14) of the Rectorate of the University of Maroua, located in Kongola-Djoulgouf-Kodek, no later than September 10, 2024 at 3:30p.m.
