POSITION TITLE: Teleactor, Telemarketer
Place of work: Grand Moulin, Deido, Douala
ASSIGNMENTS
- Distance selling
- Qualify files,
- Prospect and take orders,
- Appointments
- Sending calls to prospects
PROFILES
- Minimum BAC +2 in IT, communication, marketing, sales, accounting or equivalent
- Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency both orally and in writing.
- Commercial techniques and arguments
- Good active listening skills
- Mastery of telephone marketing techniques
- Excellent customer approach and strong ability to convince.
- Ability to manage stress
- Experience in the field would be an asset
