ASSIGNMENTS

• Distance selling
• Qualify files,
• Prospect and take orders,
• Appointments
• Sending calls to prospects

 

 

 

PROFILES

• Minimum BAC +2 in IT, communication, marketing, sales, accounting or equivalent
• Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency both orally and in writing.
• Commercial techniques and arguments
• Good active listening skills
• Mastery of telephone marketing techniques
• Excellent customer approach and strong ability to convince.
• Ability to manage stress
• Experience in the field would be an asset
