EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the General Directorate.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls. Organize and monitor the General Director’s schedule.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage archives for the General Directorate.
  • Greet and assist visitors physically.
  • Prepare travel arrangements for the General Director (flight tickets, hotel bookings, administrative procedures, etc.).

PROFILE

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree +3 years in bilingual literature, management sciences, or law.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • General knowledge of the banking sector is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Translation/interpretation skills are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance.
