Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships, you will need to follow the criteria given below;
- All applicants must apply to any university of Flanders mentioned in the list below.
- All applicants must have obtained a CGPA of 50/4.00 in their Bachelor’s degree.
- All applicants must have good English language Proficiency.
- All applicants are required to apply to the host Institution; once accepted then, you can further apply for the scholarship by showing the acceptance letter of the host Institute.
- You can submit one nomination of the host Institute, even if you have received many acceptance letters, but you are only eligible to apply and submit only one.
- All international students are eligible to apply except Russia.
- If you are already studying in any Flemish higher education institute, you are not eligible to apply for the Master Mind Scholarship.

How to Apply for Master Mind Scholarships 2023?
There is a certain method of application for the Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships that all candidates need to follow, such as;
- You can not apply directly.
- You will need to apply online through the Flemish host institution.
- Once accepted by a host Institution, the institute will start applying for the Master Mind Scholarships program by creating your profile in the Mobility-online tool.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive an email of confirmation from the Mobility-online tool.
- After that, all shortlisted candidates must register with the Mobility-online tool and complete the application process for the scholarship before the deadline. (28th April 2023).
