Under the authority of the National Project Coordinator, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Manager will have to perform the following tasks:




Functions and responsibilities:
 Ensure the management of the project information system at the central level;
 Ensure the implementation of the project according to the performance framework;
 Participate with the Project Coordinator in the development of the annual activity action plan;
 Participate with the Project Coordinator in the development of the quarterly action plan for the implementation of activities in the regions based on the quarterly action plan developed at the central level;
 Participate in monitoring the implementation of activities at the regional office level in collaboration with the Monitoring-Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Assistants of the regional offices;
 In collaboration with the technical advisor, coordinate the integration of community indicators into national monitoring systems (DHIS2 and other digital tools).
 Monitor the achievement of project performance indicators;
 Monitor and control the various data collection procedures at the regional office level;
 Support the regional offices in resolving technical issues;
 Contribute to the proper functioning of the data collection and management system;
 Compile data from the regional offices and ensure their timely transmission to the PR level;
 Check and archive technical reports from the regional offices;




 Produce activity reports based on reports from the regional offices.
Job profile:
 Hold at least a Bac+4 degree in social science, public health, development studies, project management or an equivalent diploma;
 Have at least three years of professional experience in the fields of implementation and monitoring of development projects;
 Have experience in community development;
 Excellent writing skills (activity report, financial report);
 Good knowledge of data management;
 Good knowledge of filing and archiving systems;
 Have a good knowledge of computer tools: MS-Word, Excel, Internet etc …
 Mastery of French and English.
Skills and abilities: Interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team. The candidate must be able to plan, implement, monitor and defend programs and beneficiaries. He must have strong time management skills and be able to prioritize and execute multiple activities simultaneously.
