SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence is focused on identifying and resolving key derailers that hinder effective strategy execution. This function targets process improvements that ensure smooth, agile operations while aligning with strategic priorities. By actively diagnosing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, the aim is to create a high-performance environment that accelerates strategy execution and enhances overall business outcomes.

PROCESS OPTIMISATION AND EFFICIENCY:

Derailer Identification and Resolution

Conduct thorough assessments to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and other derailers that impact strategy execution. Develop and implement targeted solutions to address these issues swiftly.




Process Optimization and Agility

Continuously review and enhance core business processes to ensure they are optimized for speed, flexibility, and efficiency, enabling more agile responses to changing business needs.

DIGITAL TOOL AND TELCOM INTEGRATION:

Identification and Integration:

Evaluate, select, and implement key digital tools designed to address specific performance derailers across the organization.

Alignment with Operational Goals:

Ensure tools support the goals of process efficiency, data-driven insights, and ease of adoption, allowing teams to operate more effectively with minimal friction.

Performance Monitoring:

Use digital tools to track process performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and create a feedback loop for ongoing enhancement.

GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK DESIGN:

Streamlined Processes for Value Creation:

Explore and propose ways to improve existing core processes essential for value creation, ensuring they are efficient, well-defined, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Agility for Continuous Improvement: Build mechanisms for regularly reviewing and adjusting processes to respond quickly to new insights, opportunities, or challenges, optimizing for continuous value creation.




CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CULTURE:

Training & Workshops:

Organize workshops and hands-on training for teams to develop a continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence skills.

Change Management:

Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and tools, enhancing buy-in across departments.

Sustainability Measures:

Implement systems for continuous monitoring and updates to maintain improvements post-mission.
