MultiChoice calls on climate change activists and innovators across Africa to submit nominations for the prestigious Earthshot Prize with a chance of winning US$1.2 million/ R 20 million (£1 million) prize
Launched in 2020, The Earthshot Prize is an ambitious global prize for the environment, designed to discover, celebrate and scale the best solutions to help repair our planet.
Aim and Benefits of MultiChoice Earthshot Prize Africa
The Earthshot Prize will award one million pounds each to five annual winners whose solutions make the most progress towards our five Earthshots.
Requirements for MultiChoice Earthshot Prize Africa Qualification
The Earthshot Prize will consider solutions which make tangible progress towards one of the five Earthshots. They should be beyond idea stage, have tested their solution in-field or with target audiences, and are at a ‘tipping point’ for scaling their impact within the next five years.
Interview date, Process and Venue for MultiChoice Earthshot Prize Africa
Nominations will be subject to detailed assessment culminating in final selection by Prince William and The Earthshot Prize Council.
