NETWORK-BRANCH SUPERVISOR (F/M) – CREA INVEST SA

• Perform competitive intelligence (learning about regulations and market trends, performing benchmarking and monitoring the launch of competing products/services);
• Oversees business activities and development of the entire branch network:
• Supervise the staff of the branch network and manage commercial performance:
• Set up an organization to obtain the best possible performance (action plans, visit/prospecting plans, work programs, customer files, periodic reports, competitive intelligence files, etc.):
• Define a strategic plan for customer conquest and loyalty for the entire network on the various segments, products and financial services:

• Carry out periodic fable reporting (quantitative and qualitative) for the attention of the hierarchy:
• Personally follow up all customers and strategic prospects (large customers) of the réscau.
• Expected quality and performance criteria:
• Good knowledge of the regulations of the microfinance and/or banking sector in the CEMAC zone
• Very good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Be passionate about sales and the field
• Excellent skills in management and development of human capital;

• BAC + 4/5 in Banking and Finance, Management Science, Accounting, Marketing and Communication, Commercial Action, and/or any equivalent diploma
• Reside in the city of Douala
• Era of Cameroonian nationality (Male/Female)
• Immediate availability

Experience:

• Have at least 05 years of professional experience including 03 years in a similar position
• duns a financial institution. Successful experience in supporting change and/or in a branch manager position (branch manager, deputy branch manager, customer service supervisor, etc.) would be an asset.
