NO LIMIT research for development needs and implementation of its projects in Cameroon, a candidate in Analysis, Monitoring and Project Evaluation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Placed under the authority of the Project Coordinator, and while collaborating with the Other project specialists, he is responsible for synthesizing progress of the project, taking into account financial and markets, safeguards and techniques; All within the framework of the Project results.

Its main responsibilities are:

• Design and supervise the implementation of the results-based Project monitoring and evaluation system;
• Ensure the reliability of the operation of the system, in particular by using the GEMS remote monitoring system;
• Prepare activity reports and project indicators, with quarterly, semi-annual and annual periodicity;
• Exploit and disseminate information on the performance, spatial deployment and impact of the project;
• Facilitate external audit missions on compliance with procedures and the technical achievements of the project, both in the plan organizational than for access to information;

• Prepare joint supervision missions with the various actors and development partners;
• Contribute to the planning of activities for the development of the action plan and the annual budget;
• Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of all Project activities;
• Ensure the installation and maintenance of the storage tank system and Information processing (storage of physical data, storage of virtual data, mechanisms for disseminating monitoring and evaluation) / reporting system, communication system with the actors of the Project and the general public.
