| For the selection of a company for the insurance services of the automobile fleet of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon.
The General Secretariat of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (CENC), located at 7624 Avenue Mgr Henri Vieter, Yaoundé 3 in Mvolyé (opposite Saint Benoit College), is looking for a service provider to sign an insurance contract for its automobile fleet for a period of 04 years. Interested service providers are invited to come and collect the specifications with details and conditions on Thursday September 7, 2023, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., at the Office of the Supply and Logistics Officer. |

You are invited to submit, in accordance with the attached terms of reference, a proposal for the signing of an insurance contract for the CENC automobile fleet in Cameroon.
1. The following documents will enable you to prepare your proposal:
Instructions to Bidders (Annex I)
The Terms of Reference of the Mission (Annex II)
The Proposal Submission Form (Annex III)
The Cost Table (Appendix IV)
Supplier code of conduct – safeguarding (Appendix V)
2. Your offer will include a technical proposal and a financial proposal, placed in separate sealed envelopes, and must reach us at the following address, no later than September 21, 2023 at 12 p.m.:

3. If you require additional information, we will endeavor to provide it to you promptly. Any request for clarification must be sent to the following email address: procurement@necc-cenc.org no later than September 12, 2023. However, any delay in the transmission of information could in no case constitute a reason for postponement of the date of submission of your proposal.
