Opening a direct competition for the recruitment of fifteen (15) personnel in the corps of Animal Industries officials, session 2022.

THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,

Having regard to the Constitution;
Having regard to decree 110 75/778 of December 18, 1975 on the special status of the body of Animal Industries officials;

Having regard to decree 11094/199 of October 7, 1994 on the General Statute of the State Public Service, amended and supplemented by decree 1102000/287 of October 12, 2000;
Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 1102018/190 of March 2, 2018;
Considering decree 110 2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;

Considering decree 110 2018/191 of March 02, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Considering the decree n02000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 fixing the General Regime of Administrative Competitions;

Having regard to decree n0040/PM of May 19, 2022 setting the modalities for disabled persons during administrative competitions and recruitment by the State,

STOPPED :

Article 1.- a) This decree opens a competition in the corps of officials of the Animal Industries, according to the distribution below:

b) The said competition will take place on November 26 and 27, 2022 at the single center in Yaoundé.

Article 2.- CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN ORDER TO APPLY.

Be able to assume the work of the corps of Animal Industries officials; fulfill the general conditions required for access to public employment enacted by the General Statute of the Public Service of the State;

Seventeen (17) years old at least and thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 1, 2022 (be born between 01/01/1988 and 01/01/2005 ). Hold a diploma in Animal Industries Engineering or an equivalent diploma, in one of the aforementioned options, issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
Senior Technicians
of
Animal Industries Seventeen (17) years old at least and thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 1, 2022 (be born between 01/01/1988 and 01/01/2005). Hold a Senior Animal Industry Technician diploma or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister.
however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a ceiling of five (05) years maximum, above the age limit fixed above. above, in accordance with decree n0040/PM of May 19, 2022 referred to above.

Article 3.- COMPOSITION OF CANDIDATES.

Files can be submitted online at the address: concoursonline.minfopraegov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, November 11, 2022 , deadline and must imperatively include the
following documents:
1. a registration form stamped with one thousand (1000) CFA francs on which the candidate will specify his option, the printout of which is available in the services of the Ministry of the Public Service and Reform Administrative or in the Regional Delegations of the said Ministry and downloadable from the website: http://www.minfopra.gov.cm   ;
2. a certified copy of the
competent;
3. an extract from the criminal record, bulletin no3;
4. a certified copy of the required diploma, signed by a competent civil
authority;
5. an attestation of presentation of the original diploma, signed by a competent civil
authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;
7. a receipt for payment of the sum of fifteen thousand (15,000) CFA francs issued by a person in charge of the EXPRESS UNION counter of the place of deposit of the application file
;
8. two (02) 4×4 photos;
9. an envelope stamped at one thousand (1000) CFA francs with the
note:
applicants who submit their records online are for physical records. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
e Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) ​​housed within the Multifunctional Centers for the Promotion of Young People (CMPJ).
e In the event of absence of candidatures in one of the options of the grade of
Animal Industries Engineer or of the quorum not reached in the said option, the number of places
reserved or remaining for the latter is paid to the candidates of the option of the same grade who have registered the greatest number of applications.
e Government employee candidates subject to the Labor Code and fulfilling the conditions set out in Article 2 must provide a copy of their employment contract or decision to hire.
e Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed at a police station will not be accepted.
c The documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.

Article 4.- PROGRAMS, TIMETABLES AND CONDITIONS FOR WRITTEN TESTS.

1- The composition programs are those of the study cycles delivering the diplomas required to apply.
2- The eligibility tests will take place on the dates and times below.

3- The time limit for access to the rooms is imperatively set at 7 am sharp.

Article 5.- CONDUCT OF THE ORAL TESTS.

A press release from the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform will specify the dates and times for passing the oral tests for final admission.

Article 6.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS.

The final results of the present Public Service and Administrative Reform competitions.
Article 7.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the running of the competition will be penalized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 8.- This decree will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
