Carrying opening of a
direct competition for the recruitment of sixty (60) personnel in the corps of civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services, 2023 session.
THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Considering the constitution
Considering the decree 11 0 75/790 of December 18, 1975 relating to the Statute of Parric.lllier of the corps C./es civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services;
Having regard to decree 11094/199 of October 7, 1994 on the General State Public Service Act, amended and supplemented by decree 11 0 2000/287 of October 12, 2000;
Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree 110 2018/190 of March 2, 2018;
Having regard to Decree No. 2012/537 of November 19, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of
Public Service and Reform;
Considering decree 110 2018/191 of March 02, 2018 on the reorganization of the Government;
Considering the decree 1+2000/696/PM of September 13, 2000 fixing the General Regime of Administrative Competitions;
Having regard to Order 110040/PM of May 19, 2022 setting the terms and conditions for granting the age exemption to persons with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitments in the State Civil Service;
Having regard to decree 11000000490/MINFI of December 21, 2022 specifying the practical methods for implementing the costs of. administrative competitions,
ORDERS:
– a) This decree opens a direct competition for the recruitment ps of civil servants of the Livestock and Maritime Fisheries Services , according to the following:
•ngt (20) Veterinary Doctors, category ” A” second grade of public office; ingt (20) veterinarians, category “B” first grade of the function
ngt (20) Assistant veterinary nurses, category “C” of the public service.
b) Said competition will take place on October 28 and 29, 2023 at the single center of
Article 2.-
CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED TO APPLY.
F. be fit. to assume the work of Veterinarian.
Candidates must fulfill the general conditions required for access to public employment as enacted by the General Statute of the State Civil Service.
Competition/Grades Categories Age required Observations
Doctors Veterinarians Seventeen (17) years old at least and thirty-four (34) years old at most on January 202.4 (to be born between QI 01 1989 and 01/01/2006). Hold a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized
foreign
or international school.
Nurses
BI veterinarians Seventeen (17) years at least and thirty-four (34) years at most on January 1, 2023 (be born between 01/01/1989 and 01/01/2006). Hold a Veterinary Nurse diploma or an equivalent diploma issued by a
national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by decree. of the Prime
Minister.
Nurses
Assistant Veterinarians c Seventeen (17) years old at least and twenty-nine (29) years old at most on 1 January 2023 (be born between 01/01/1994 and 01/01/2006). Being titular. a diploma of Assistant Veterinary Nurse or an equivalent diploma issued by a national training establishment or by a recognized foreign or international school appearing on a list fixed by order of the Prime Minister
.
however, disabled persons holding a National Disability Card issued by the competent authorities, benefit from an age exemption for a maximum of five (05) years, above the age limit set above. above, in accordance with Order No. 0040/PM of May 19, 2022 referred to above.
Article 3.-
COMPOSITION OF APPLICATION FILES.
The files can be submitted online at the address: concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the ten (10) Regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, until Friday, October 13, 2023 , deadline rigor and must imperatively. include the following parts:
l. a registration form stamped at one thousand five hundred (1,500) CFA francs, the printout of which is available from the services of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform or from the Regional Delegations of the same Ministry and can be downloaded from the website :http: ;
2. a certified copy of the birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority;
3. an extract from the criminal record, bulletin n 03;
4. a certified copy of the required diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
5. an attestation of presentation of the original diploma, signed by a competent civil authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a doctor in the public sector;

7. a receipt for payment of the sum of twenty-five thousand (25,000) CFA francs for candidates in category “A” and “B” competitions, and twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs for those in category “C”, issued by a person in charge of the EXPRESS UNION counter of the place of deposit of the can file
8. two (02) 4×4 photos,

9. an envelope stamped at one thousand. (1000) CFA francs to the candidate’s address.
Candidates who submit their files online are exempt from the formalities of filing physical files. However, said files must imperatively be submitted to the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform for candidates declared definitively admitted.
Candidates wishing to be accompanied free of charge in the online registration procedure can approach the branches of the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) housed within the Multifunctional Centers for the Promotion of Young People (CMPJ).
In the event of a lack of applications in a grade or a quorum not reached in said grade, the number of places reserved or remaining for the latter is transferred to the candidates of the grade having recorded the greatest number of applications.
Government employee candidates subject to the Labor Code and fulfilling the conditions set out in Article 2 must provide a copy of their employment contract or decision to hire.
Any file that is incomplete, late or whose documents are signed at a police station will not be accepted.
Documents legalized by an administrative, municipal or judicial authority must be dated less than three (03) months from the date of submission of the files.
Article 4.-

PROCEDURES FOR THE ORAL TESTS.

Article 6.- PUBLICATION OF RESULTS.
The final results of these competitions will be published by order of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform.
Article 7.- Any fraud observed before, during or after the competition will be sanctioned in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Article 8.- This order will be registered and published wherever necessary. /-
