NOTICE OF INVITATION TO SUBMISSION FOR:

The Acquisition of menstrual hygiene kits for Adolescent Girls, Vulnerable Young Women and Young Women exposed to sex work in the 40 health districts of the Global Fund project.

Reference No. AO/CARE/CMR/FM/07/2023

CARE International in Cameroon, through its project “Scale up of HIV prevention to contribute to the reduction of HIV related morbidity and mortality by 2023” financed by the Global Fund, wishes to acquire menstrual hygiene kits for adolescent girls, young women vulnerable and young women exposed to sex work in the 40 health districts supported by the project.

 

CARE International in Cameroon hereby invites interested bidders to present their service offer proposals following the specifications and conditions presented in the tender documents to be collected upon request to the email addresses below, and this , no later than November 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. sharp, Yaoundé local time.

 

Withdrawal of the tender dossier

Reception of files

Each tender submission file, presented in a single original copy and two (02) signed copies, must be submitted in a closed and anonymous envelope.

 

Only the physical submission of the tender file is accepted; the bidder must ensure that he has signed the file withdrawal and submission form.
