*POSITION:* Mobilization Officer
In order to strengthen its team, the KIGBE Foundation is launching a recruitment, Mobilization Agents
**MAIN MISSIONS*
– Sensitization of the target people.
-Provide technical support to the Campaign Director.
– Ensure the proper organization of field activities
– Supervise, strengthen, and support the mobilization team
-Identify needs
– Animation of campaigns
He may be required to perform any other task assigned by the Campaign Director.
*SKILLS*
– Communicate vision, value and strategies and encourage others to share them
-Ability to work under pressure
-Influence others positively to achieve goals
-Show humility towards others
-To have team spirit
– Have a written and oral communication in French and English
