A French higher education school with its campus relocated to Cameroon and specializing in contemporary and future training (Computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data sciences, information systems, blockchain, project management, etc.) , is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of several Sales Managers on its campuses in Yaoundé and Douala.
MISSIONS AND TASKS
His/her main missions will be to:
– Define the commercial strategy of his/her division;
– Implement specific field sales and marketing actions
– Coordinate and lead the activities of the sales team;

The tasks will consist of:
– Define weekly action plans in line with the commercial strategy;
– Organize and monitor prospecting actions;
– Supervise the staff;
– Participate in weekly meetings for general coordination activities;
– Write daily reports for the sales team.
 

REQUIRED PROFILE
• Bac +3 minimum in sales, marketing or any other related training;
• Minimum (02) years of experience in implementing and executing a commercial strategy;
• Good knowledge of selling services would be an asset;
• Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);
• Be social with good interpersonal skills;
• Master the right language adapted to negotiation;
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values ​​of the company.
