DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

PAIRS EDUCATEURS

Work in complete confidentiality;

Check the quality of supporting documents; 

Work in close collaboration with DIREX;

Develop and respect an accounting plan;

Please respect the internal accounting system;

Establish a forecast budget;

Prepare periodic financial reports;

Work in a climate of mutual respect and trust.

Animation of awareness sessions; 

Guidance and treatment of STIs among key targets and populations (MSM/TG & UD/IDU);

Mobilization and referral for HIV testing; 

Carrying out community support activities;

Work in a climate of mutual respect and trust;

Document cases of violations and gender-based violence and report them within the strict deadline of 72 hours after identification.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS OF THE POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

PAIRS EDUCATEURS

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Auditing/Administrative management or equivalent;

Knowledge of the OHADA accounting system;

Mastery of accounting and financial plans;

Experience in a similar field would be an asset;

Spirit of creativity

Hold BEPEC or equivalent;

Know how to read and write French and/or English;

Knowledge of a local language would be an asset;

Be a leader in your environment;

Have a strong mobilization capacity;
