aYo recruits Commercial Agents in Douala – aYo insurance brokers Cameroon subsidiary of the MTN Group
In order to develop its distribution network in Douala, AYO recruits Young Commercial Agents residing in the Village area, eager to gain experience and make a career in a growing company.
aYo insurance brokers Cameroon subsidiary of the MTN Group offers digital insurance across Africa.
Main Missions:
– field prospecting and subscription of populations to one of the insurance solutions
– Develop its customer portfolio and follow up for renewals
– Communicate and popularize the solutions in its sector
– Participate in the various commercial actions, produce a daily activity report
Candidate Profile:
– Female or male aged 18 to 35
– Young graduate: Bac / Bac + 2 / Bac +3
– Reside in one of the following areas (village and its surroundings: Dakar, bilongué, Brazzaville, yassa, etc.)
– Possess a Smartphone
Advantages:
– Commissions on sales
– Monthly transport bonus if minimum objectives are reached
