OMEGA PHI RH GROUP is looking for 01 HR and PAIE Assistant

Position location: Douala, CAMEROON

Reporting Liaison: Director of Human Resources

Main missions:

The HR Assistant ensures the management of personnel as well as the implementation of the related procedures under the supervision of his or her supervisor.




Missions and attributions:

  • Personnel administration
  • Payroll management and preparation of payslips
  • Administrative follow-up of personnel files (drafting of employment contracts and preparation of end-of-contract documents, etc.)
  • Calculating balances on any account
  • Managing the incorporation of new resources
  • Drafting of disciplinary letters
  • Physical and digital filing and archiving of personnel files




Training and operational skills:

  • Minimum level Bac +3 in HRM, management-accounting, law
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good foundations in Cameroonian labor law
  • Knowledge of SAGE PAIE software required
  • Knowledge of general human resources management procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work experience in an employment agency would be an asset

  • Rigor, organization, versatility
