POSITION: OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT MANAGER

Reporting to: GROUP BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING
LEVEL: BAC+3 IN Management Science, Sales, Sales; – Have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
MISSIONS
The job holder will be responsible for managing
and monitoring performance, coordinating forecast management and reporting.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
-Coordinate the Division’s activities;
-Assist subsidiaries and partners in resolving failed operations;
-Ensure communication with customers or prospects on
products and how they are used;
-Help the customer or prospect in decision-making; -Coordinate support projects;
-Collect information likely to improve the complaints management environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Knowledge of diagnostic methods; -Good organizational skills;
-Spirit of initiative;
-Good customer orientation skills;
-Good knowledge of the design of
decision-making reporting;
-Good economic knowledge;
-Have a perfect command of
Microfinance operations;
-Have a perfect knowledge of operations with partners;
-Good ability to identify anomalies
