As part of the “deployment of its activity across Cameroon”, Crédit Solidaire d’Afrique, a 2nd category microfinance institution, abbreviated to CRESAF SA, is looking for an operations manager suitable for the job
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Douala
Type of contract: Permanent
Deadline for applications: January 27, 2025
Qualifications and skills
- minimum BAC +2/BAC +3 in accounting that is a degree or an HND
- Minimum two years in a similar position;
Field of technicality
-
- Good knowledge of accounting and taxation;
- Knowledge of reading and writing English desired
- Rigor, organization, learning ability, analytical mind.
- Performs accounting entries at the agency level and supervises automated processing;
- Performs entry and processing of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
- Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness;
- Prepares and reviews budget allocations, expenditures, receipts, invoices and other accounting documents;
- Resolves accounting discrepancies and clears outstanding items within a period not exceeding one week;
- Recommends, develops and maintains financial databases, software systems and manual filing systems
