As part of the reinforcement of its team, Optimum Partners is looking for a Manager whose main mission will be to develop the activities of this business Unit.




MAIN MISSIONS

    • Identify new business opportunities;
    • Conduct new customer prospecting activities;
    • Manage the customer portfolio
    • Analyze the market and provide optimized operational solutions;
    • Manage the missions of provision of the firm’s staff;



  • Establish a database of profiles according to the different trades
  • Manage recruitment
  • Develop employment contracts and amendments
  • Manage payroll and insurance files
  • Manage social declarations and social contributions
  • Develop HR tools (annual leave management files, attendance, staff evaluation framework, organizational chart, etc.)

  • Know-how to do research




  • Communicate with ease and be organized
  •  Master the main office tools and the office pack;
  • Know how to take initiative
  • Have a good understanding of English
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Master payroll management and personnel administration
  • Very good knowledge of Togolese legislation

Training & experience

    • BAC + 5 in Management / Management or any other equivalent diploma;
    • 3 to 4 years in a temporary employment agency or as HR Manager
  • Experience in developing a client portfolio or profit center.
