Optimum Partners is looking for an HR Data Analyst

As part of strengthening its team, Optimum Partners is looking for an HR Data Analyst, for a six (6) month pre-employment internship.

Objective of the position: Manage the database of candidates and gradually feed it with qualified
profiles in French-speaking Africa.




MAIN MISSIONS

  • Take charge of the management and development of the CV library
  • Exploit and interpret data from the CV library to derive useful insights for the Business Unit.
  • Process and analyze labour market data
  • Produce analyses on skills gaps
  • Design dashboards



  • Follow candidate sourcing processes
  • Participate in the drafting of recruitment offers
  • Monitoring the evolution of the job market
  • Participate in recruitment processes

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED

  • Know-how to do research
  • Know how to analyze and anticipate market recruitment needs
  • Master recruitment techniques and tools (interviews, written tests, selection etc ……)
  • Have a good knowledge of human resources management
  • Know the current trends in the recruitment industry
  • Have an excellent command of IT and sourcing tools
  • Master data analysis tools
  • Good writing skills




  • Good knowledge of English
  • Initiative, responsiveness
  • Good listening skills and be disciplined
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Good interpersonal skills

Training & experience

  • BAC+4/5 in HR/Marketing/Economics/Statistics or any other equivalent degree;
  • Have a first experience in a recruitment agency or as a data analyst.
  • Have a passion for data analysis.
