Main missions

• Guarantee the development of sales and turnover by managing performance in the various sales channels (Agencies, Distribution Partners, other direct channels, BTL Partners for Door To Door, their teams) as well as customer satisfaction
• Ensure the continuous development of this activity, channels, adequacy of resources and coverage of defined areas in order to meet its commercial objectives
• Manage and ensure the permanent development of the skills of the sales teams in its scope of activity throughout the territory of Cameroon
• Manage Internal Sales Resources under his/her responsibility

Qualifications

• Education: BAC + 4/5 Management / Finance / Business School, Marketing or equivalent
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in the commercial field including 2 ideally in a coaching function of sales teams
