Missions & Main

Activities Design planning and financial management tools (Budget, strategic plan, cash flow plan, financing plan, KPIs, reporting, etc.) in line with the strategic choices of the management

• Plan the budget exercise with all stakeholders
• Define the key indicators of management and profitability of the activity
• Interact with operational players in order to optimally monitor key indicators: revenues, commissions, margin, fixed assets, active cash, prudential ratios, GNP, etc.
• Ensure performance analysis, revenue monitoring, cost management and scarce resources (capital, liquidity, balance sheet).

Ensuring the security, robustness and reliability of financial information

• Implement periodic review of decision support data
• Ensure analytical monitoring of financial information
• Follow up on the resolutions of management and decision-making bodies
• Review the consistency of the financial statement data (ratios,)

Ensure the administration of perimeter activities

• Set up operational checklists and dashboards to monitor outsourced activities
• Ensure interaction with entities to ensure operational follow-up of technical assistance activities, other contracts and agreements
• Alert operational and management to the discrepancies observed in the orientations chosen and objectives defined
• Guarantee repayment to trading partners

Ensure internal and Group reporting

• Make an inventory of the reporting inherent to the activity and their frequency
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal, external and regulatory reporting within the required deadlines
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reported data
• Contribute to the updating of instructions and texts relating to the reporting of the Money sector of activity

Qualifications

• Training: BAC + 4/5 in Management Control, Financial Management, Audit
• Experience: 4 years in a similar position, Internal Controller, Audit Supervisor
