Main missions & activities
Ensure satisfaction and improvement of the customer experience
- Ensure customer requests are handled in accordance with SLAs
- Be responsible for the integrity of customer data in IS applications and systems; formalize any data integrity error with an incident ticket to allow analysis and processing
- Automatically send the acknowledgment and give feedback to the customer
- Interact with partners, other SoHo, SME Sales, Corporate Sales channels to support customer requests from them and provide feedback
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide the solution to customer complaints and disputes in consultation with the departments concerned
- Follow up on escalations on behalf of the client and coordinate corrective actions
- Guide customers in the choice of their offers
- Proceed with the creation of accounts from partners’ resources while respecting the process put in place
- Monitor and analyze quality of service and SLA violations
- Report alerts related to the case of suspected fraud observed

Ensure the commercial development of assigned portfolios
- Participate in various customer-oriented campaigns (identification, making appointments for Sales, phoning invitations, etc.)
- Develop and implement a telephone prospecting schedule
- Generate leads in support of Sales Reps
Ensure the delivery of products ordered by customers
- Record and track end-to-end sales order billing
- Track the availability of sims to Sales and Partners
- Track end-to-end delivery of equipment sold to customers by sales representatives.
- Escalate alerts related to non-compliance with SLAs by stakeholders impacting deadlines
- Provide regular feedback to Sales, Partners and other channels
Ensure the reporting of its activity
- Make daily reports of its activity (sales reporting, CRM, partners, other channels, etc.)
- Consolidate achievements (daily, weekly, monthly) with the Sales Operations Department
- Provide periodic analytical reporting to its hierarchy (weekly and monthly)
- Submit a weekly, monthly and semi-annual work plan to your hierarchy
Qualifications
- Education: BAC + 2/3 in business, management, marketing
- Experience: 1 year in a predominantly commercial position
