Missions & Main
Activities Participate in the qualification of needs:

• Support the sales team in the detection and qualification of needs.
• Design solutions by assembling bricks of offers.
• In the case of multi-domain solutions, ensure the overall consistency of the solution.
• Analyze the SME portfolio, and translate specific needs into solutions
• Provide, in consultation with the services concerned, a solution to complaints and disputes

Participate in the development of the technical offer and the presentation of the offer on a portfolio of customers:

• Carry out customer visits, possibly relying on sales representatives when necessary.
• Maintain and update your customer records
• Approach the General Management and information services of prospective companies (SMEs) and/or maintain permanent contact with the operational departments (Telecom, IT or Purchasing) of client companies, in order to identify new opportunities.

Participate in the commercial development of its geographical area:

• Assist the sales force in the design of presentations of specific or complex offers
• Accompany the sales team in the defense of the solution: “Technical argumentation and services”.
• Install standard products (i.e. requiring only Level 1 technical competence)
• Ensure the reporting of its activity:
• Provide its hierarchy with a periodic report on its activities

Qualifications

• Education: BAC +2 in Computer Science or Telecoms.
• Experience: 2 years in a technical sales position of IT solutions
