ORDERS
ARTICLE 1:
1) According to the order n° 18220053/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 16 March 2022 fixing the
calendar of competitive entry exams into states University schools ofCameroon under the supervision
ofMINESUP, for the academic year 2022/2023 , the competitive entrance examinations into 1″ year of

st cycle ofthe Higher Technical Teachers’ Training College (HTTTC) of Ebolowa for the 2022/2023
academic year shall take place in the following centres: DOUALA, EBOLOWA, GAROUA,
BAFOUSSAM (IUT-FV Bandjoun) and YAOUNDE for entrancc into all levcls
ARTICLE 2: AGE LIMIT
The competitive entrance examination is open to Cameroonians ofboth genders and of:
– not more than twenty-nine (29) years old on January I 2023 for admission into the first year ofthe

st cycle through written examination;
– candidates who are civil servants and who meet every other requirement are not concerned by the
age limit.

NB : BREVET PROFESSIONEL certificates are not acceptcd. Any other equivalent certificate is
accepted
ARTICLE 4 : The competitive entrance examination will be written in two papers : one major
(Speciality) and a minor paper (General Knowledge) level Terminale/upper six or GCE AIL of the
technical or general education
ARTICLE 5: APPLICATION FILES
Applications for the competitive entrance examinations which must be received at the HTITC ofEbolowa
and in Regional Delegations of MINESEC not later than November 11, 2022 must include the following
documents:
1. An online registration and printing of the application form by the candidate from the website
https://www.ensetebolowa.com/inscription_concours ofthe HTITC of Ebolowa.
2. Transcripts ofLower and Upper Sixth forms, signed, dated and annotated by the Principal ofthe School where
the original were issued.
3. A certified true and legible photocopyofthe birth certificate of less than three (3) months old.
4. A certified true and legrole photocopy of each of the required certificates. Candidates who are holders of
Baccalaureate or GCE AL shall add a certified true copy of Probatoire or Ordinary Level.
5. A medical certificate of less than three (3) months old, delivered by a medical Doctor of the Public Service,
attesting the candidate’s fitness to be a teacher according to the rules and regulations in force.
6. A certificate of non-conviction of less than three (3) months old.
7. Four (4) passport size pictures ofthe candidate.
8. The payment of a non-refundable application fee oftwenty one thousand francs CFA (20000) should
be made into the establishment’s SCB Cameroun account of HITTC Ebolowa N° 10002-00059-
90001427012-73 or through any of the bank agencies within the country. Any other payment
will not be accepted.
9. A stamped, self-addressed envelope size 28 x 37.
10. An unstamped envelope without address size 28 x 37.
11. A document showing that the equivalence has been formally granted for any foreign certificate contained in
the candidate’s file.
ARTICLE 6: CALENDAR
1) The written part ofthe entrance examinations listed above shall take place on the Saturday 19 November
2022, in ail the centres indicated in article 1
2) Access to the examination halls will be subject to the presentation by each candidate of his or her national
identitycard and the receipt for the application fees mentioned in article 5 above.

ARTICLE 7: The registration fees for the competitive entrance examination and the selection for readmission
are not refundable.
ARTICLE 8:CANDIDATES FOREIGNERS
Within the limit of available places, foreign applicants who fulfill the requirements stipulated by the rules and
°’ regulations in force may also be admitted afterthe study oftheir files orthrough written examination.
ARTICLE 9 : The Rector ofthe University ofEbolowa, the Director ofUniversity Accreditations and Quality
and the Director ofthe Higher Technical Teachers’ Training College ofEbolowa, are each in charge ofthe
execution ofthe present decision which shall be registered and communicated in French and English where-ever
need arises.
