states University schools ofCameroon under the supervision ofMINESUP, for the academic year 2022/2023;
ORDERS
ARTICLE 1:
According to the order n° 18220053/MINESUPISG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 16 March 2022 fixing the calendar of
competitive entry exams into states University schools of Cameroon under the supervision of MINESUP, for the
academic year 2022/2023 , the competitive entrance examinations into 1st year of 1st cycle of the Higher
Technical Teachers’ Training College (HITTTC) of Ebolowa for the 2022/2023 academic year shall take place in
the following centres: DOUALA, EBOLOWA, GAROUA, BAFOUSSAM (IUT-FV Bandjoun) and
YAOUNDE for entrance into all levcls
ARTICLE 2: AGE LIMIT
The competitive entrance examination is open to Cameroonians of both genders and of:
not more than thirty-two (32) years old on January 1″ 2023 for admission into the first year ofthe
2cycle through written examination;
• Candidates who are civil servants and who meet every other requirement are not concerned by
the age limit.

NB: Professionals certificates are forbiden. Any other certificate agreed to be an equivalent one by the

ARTICLE_ 4 : The competitive entrance examination will be written in two papers : one major
(Specialty) and a minor paper(General Knowledge) Degree level.
ARTICLE 5: APPLICATION FILES
Applications for the competitive entrance examinations which must be received at the HTTTC of
Ebolowa and in Regional Delegations ofMINESEC not laterthan November 11, 2022 must include the following
documents:
1. An online registration and prmtmg of the application form by the candidate from the website
https://www.ensetebolowa.com/inscription_concours ofThe HTTTC ofEbolowa.
2. Certified Copies oflevel 1,2 and 3 university transcripts.
3. A certified true and legible photocopy ofthe birth certificate ofless than three (3) months old.
4. A certified true and legal photocopy ofeach ofthe required certificates
5. A medical certificate of Jess than three (3) months old, delivered by a medical Doctor ofthe Public
Service, attesting the candidate’s fitness to be a teacher according to the rules and regulations in force.
6. A certificate ofnon-conviction ofJess than three (3) months old.
7. Four(4) passport size pictures ofthe candidate.
8. The payment ofa non-refundable application fee oftwenty thousand francs CFA (20 000) should be made
into the establishment’s SCB Cameroun account of HTTTC of Ebolowa N 10002-00059-
90001427012-73 or through any of the bank agencies within the country. Any other payment will
not be accepted.
9. A stamped, self-addressed envelope size 28 x 3 7.
1 O. An unstamped envelope without address size 28 x 37.
11. A document showing that the equivalence has been formally granted for any foreign certificate contained
in the candidate’s file.

ARTICLE 6: CALENDAR
1) The written part ofthe entrance examinations listed above shall take place on the Sunday 20 November
2022, in ail the centres indicated in article 1 above.
2) Access to the examination halls will be subject to the presentation by each candidate ofhis or her national
identity card and the receipt forthe application fees mentioned in article 5 above.
ARTICLE 7: The registration fees for the competitive entrance examination and the selection for readmission
are not refundable.
ARTICLE 8: PRIVATE CANDIDATES AND FOREIGNERS
1) Applicants who fulfill the requirements stipulated by the rules and regulations in force, who are sponsored by
a private institution or corporation and who will be trained for private education, may be admitted with a
private status and, where applicable, into the 1
st year ofthe first cycle in accordance with the number or places
available.
2) Within the limit of available places, foreign applicants who fulfill the requirements stipulated by the rules and
regulations in force may also be admitted after the study of their files or through written examination.
ARTICLE 9: The Rector of the University ofEbolowa, the Director of University Accreditations and Quality
and the Director of the Higher Technical Teachers’ Training College of Ebolowa, are each in charge of the
execution ofthe present decision which shall be registered and communicated in French and English where-ever
need arises.
