ORDER N°_/MINESUP/OF
To launch the Competitive Entrance Examination and to fix the number of places into the first year
of the Second Cycle of the Higher Teacher Training College (HTTC) of The University of
Bamenda in Bambili for the 2022/2023 academic year.

THE MINISTER OF STATE, MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Mindful of the Constitution;
of Law n° 2001/005 of 16 April, 2001 bearing on the orientation of Higher Education;
of Decree n° 2011/408 of December 9, 2011 to organize the Government;
of Decree n° 2011/410 of December 9″, 2011 to appoint members of Government;
of Decree n° 2015/434 of 02′ October, 2015 to reshuffle the Government;
of Decree n° 2012/433 of 01April, 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
of Decree n° 2010/371 of 14″ December, 2010 creating the University of Bamenda.
of Decree n° 2010/372 of 14″ December, 2010 upgrading ENSAB into Higher Teachers’
Training College (ENS) & Higher Technical Teachers’ Training College (ENSET);
of Decision n° 201 1/045 of8″ March, 2011 to organize the University of Bamenda;
of Order n° 18220053/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE of 16″ March 2022 fixing the
calendar of competitive examinations into Establishments of Cameroon State Universities for
the 2022-2023 academic year;

of Circular no 004/CAB/PM of 10 February 2000 relating to admission into National Training
Colleges and recruitment into the Public Service;
On the proposal of the Vice Chancellor of The University of Bamenda;
