People Service Knowledge is recruiting a concierge

For the needs of one of its clients who wishes to expand its team, following the development of its activities in Cameroon People Service Knowledge is recruiting a “concierge“.

Area of Selection/Eligibility:

This position is open to candidates who meet all of the essential qualifications, meet the conditions of employment and whose applications are received by the closing date.

Essential qualities:

• Ensure doors are opened and closed, visitors are informed, mail is received and delivered to individual mailboxes

Linguistic profile:

• Excellent knowledge of professional French and English would be a considerable asset Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative support, logistical support, and information management.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of common procedures in an office Competencies
• Ability to communicate
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
• Good judgment
• Superior organizational capacity and time management
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility (flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and a variety of tasks)
