A major wholesale pharmaceutical distribution structure based in Douala is looking for a Pharmacist (M/F) as part of its development.
Job Description:
We are looking for a pharmacist (M/F). Under the supervision of the General Manager, the successful candidate will have a key role in the development of the company. He/she will be responsible for improving services and customer loyalty.
The main missions will be;
• Ensuring quality customer service
• Developing the hospital product offering
• Prospecting and acquiring new customers and developing market share for all customers.
• Collaborate with the hierarchy to ensure compliance with ethics and professional conduct as well as good distribution practices
Qualifications:
In order to carry out these missions, the required qualities are:
• Be a pharmacist registered with the National Order of Pharmacists of Cameroon • Have knowledge of the hospital environment • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Ability to manage teams • Writing skills (English/French) • Sense of teamwork • Ability to make regular reports to the hierarchy • Interpersonal skills and unfailing respect for the hierarchy • Unwavering courtesy and morality • Good knowledge of the hospital sector • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector meeting Good Practices • Knowledge of critical care products and geographical mobility and bilingualism (English/French) would be valuable assets Your achievements in terms of training, professional experience, skills and your personal profile will be presented to us in your CV and cover letter.
