PNEUMATIC SALES SUPERVISOR

The Tire Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising sales teams, managing performance, planning, and organizing tire sales activities. They ensure sales targets are met, manage relationships with point-of-sale customers, and participate in the implementation of the company’s sales strategies.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Supervision and supervision  :

Define and monitor performance objectives for tire sales representatives; Develop and retain a customer portfolio (B2B depending on the tire sector); Ensure compliance with company procedures and rules; Monitor cost trends and conduct competitive intelligence to maintain a competitive position in the market; Ensure customer files and sales information are maintained; Negotiate contracts and monitor sales through to delivery.

Performance management  :

Support teams to identify their shortcomings and provide solutions for improvement; Analyze sales results and identify areas for correction; Develop the team’s turnover and monitor the performance of field agents; Implement training programs to develop the skills of salespeople.

Customer relations and points of sale  :

Visit points of sale to ensure product promotion and promotion implementation; Listen to various customers and resolve any problems they may face; Direct the sales strategy of sales representatives, support and train new customers on products; Visit customers regularly and monitor collections

Planning and organization of activities




Organize promotional events in the field and manage allocated budgets; Plan point-of-sale visits and promotional activities; Develop new products based on market developments and customer proposals

Required skills:

Technical skills  :

• Strong sense of negotiation and persuasion;

• Knowledge of the tire sector;

• Mastery of sales techniques;

• Mastery of customer relations;

• Mastery of IT tools

Interpersonal skills  :

• Excellent communication and listening skills;

• Sense of organization, autonomy and rigor;

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;

• Team spirit and leadership.

Training and experience  : Bac +3 minimum in Marketing/International Trade/Sales and commercial negotiation

Experience  : 3 to 5 years in a similar position or as a client portfolio manager; Knowledge of sales management or client management tools would be a plus
