is recruiting for its subsidiary EMRALD SECURITIES SERVICES ASSET MANAGEMENT (ESS AM) based in Douala, Cameroon, a Portfolio Manager, Financial Analyst

MISSION
Ensure the management and optimization of the asset portfolio of funds and management mandates.

ATTRIBUTION · Lead and manage the  group’s 
portfolio management and investment department  · Implement efficient and well-organized investment processes; · Build optimal investment solutions for asset management clients   based on their objectives and constraints.  · Ensure the timely and accurate execution of investment strategies in   client portfolios and the daily monitoring of   investment solutions · Develop and implement investment strategies;  · Build portfolios and make asset allocations based on  

the client’s objectives and constraints; · Review investment opportunities;  · Monitor and rebalance the portfolio based on cash flows,   benchmark changes, market price fluctuations and   changes in client instructions · Determine the client’s investment objectives and constraints · Measure and evaluate the performance of the portfolio held and rebalance   as needed to reflect the original plan. · Conduct a sound macroeconomic analysis;  

CONDITIONS · Higher education AL/Bac+4/5 in finance or a  related  field of study  · Be between 25 and 40 years old · At least 5 to 10 years of experience in managing  multi-country / multi-asset portfolios with a good track record of   portfolio performance
