NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT

SELECTION OF A TRAVEL AGENCY FOR THE SALE OF
PLANE TICKETS TO ACTION AGAINST HUNGER

Action Contre la Faim fights against the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that
threaten the lives of children, women and men in vulnerable situations. Founded in
France in 1979, Action Contre la Faim is a non-governmental, non-political,
non-religious, non-profit organization.
Present in Cameroon since 2014 without interruption, Action Contre la Faim strives to
address each of the four humanitarian issues identified in Cameroon, namely
food security, malnutrition, the presence of the problem of displaced persons and the epidemiological risk.
Objective:
The objective of this invitation to tender is to solicit competitive offers for the supply of
plane tickets for an estimated financial volume of 35,000,000 million CFA francs for
domestic and international flights. At the end of this call for tenders, a framework agreement for a
renewable period of 6 months will be signed with one or more travel agencies selected.
Participation:
Participation in this call for tenders is open to all companies regularly established
in Cameroon and meeting the skills required in the field.
Withdrawal of the terms of reference:
The tender dossier will be available from December 20 to January 5, 2023 during working
hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the premises of Action Contre La Faim (ACF) in Yaoundé. A
request will be made beforehand to this address: appel-offre@cm-actioncontrelafaim.org or
physically at the Action Contre La Faim (ACF) office in Bastos rue du Stade N° 1778.

Date and place of submission of tenders:
Tenders must be physically deposited at the ACF premises in Yaoundé or by email at
the address: appel-offre@cm-actioncontrelafaim.org no later than January 6, 2023 at 2 p.m.
Offers received after the date and time indicated will not be valid.
