Production Shift Managers Needed at UCB Cameroonian Union of Breweries, KADJI Group

 UCB, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for 3 Production Shift Managers (permanent contract).

– Your mission: to act as a liaison between the brewmaster and the operators, and to supervise all stages of production (beer & syrup).

– Required profile:
Bac+3 in Food Engineering, Biochemistry or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in a brewery
Mastery of the brewing room, beer filtration & syrup room
Good command of IT tools
Team spirit and resistance to working under pressure
