Position: Production Supervisor

Work location: Douala

The Société des céréales du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking for 01 Supervisor as part of its activities.

Type of employment: Permanent contract

Production

Work Location: Douala

Required diploma: Bachelor’s/Engineer/Master’s degree in Quality, Safety, Environment or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in production management, industrial engineering, process engineering, or mechanics. Required experience: 03 years minimum in industry

Languages: French & English

Position mission

The Production Supervisor assists the Production Manager in planning, optimizing manufacturing methods, production management, analyzing production data (productivity, performance, loss), and ensuring compliance with production instructions and procedures.

Job Activities

Responsible for the management and monitoring of the production of quality flour according to the technical rules in force (mill settings, humification, mixtures, improvers)
Ensure that the process runs smoothly and that the defined operating parameters are respected
Manage production and packaging team leaders
Establish weekly and annual production schedules
Is in charge of monitoring the supply of wheat to the factory

Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes
Contribute to resolving difficulties during the operation of the installations in order to reduce shutdowns to the strict minimum,
Galvanize teams to achieve fixed production targets
