MISSIONS
The main missions of the cook will be to:
- prepare African and European menus and elaborate dishes,
- select the products for the realization of the menus,
- cook food,
- take care of the dressing of the plates,
- clean the kitchen, at the end of service,
- ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
