Project Manager
SIGNATURE RH (www.sisas.cm) is a Human Resources company specializing in the placement and provision of temporary staff. For the needs of one of its partners, it is looking for a Project Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for all or part of the following activities:
• Define, lead and supervise the company’s marketing and sales strategy;
• Coordinate teamwork;
• Manage the company-partner interface: ensure the development and presentation of projects;
• Prepare activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly and summary);
• Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking to identify opportunities;
• Analyze and manage the performance of your portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree:
• Minimum required: Bac + 3 in Marketing and Communication
Professional experience:
• Minimum required: 05 years of experience in a similar position
Language skills:
• Perfect command of French and/or English (written and oral). Mastery of both languages would be a major asset.
Technical skills:
• Leadership: ability to unite sales teams and the entire company around a common project.
• Power of conviction to promote the company’s offering to customers, but also convince senior management of the merits of strategic choices.
• Very good command of IT tools.
• Have proven skills in marketing (good knowledge of marketing studies, product marketing, brand strategies, operational marketing, etc.)
• Be organized and have a sense of priorities; quality of work and respect for deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have very good interpersonal skills
