PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION:

Participate in the development and improvement of procurement outsourcing. Mission in connection with a French company.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:

B2B Procurement Buyer, your mission is to ensure the administrative processing of supplies on behalf of our customers. As part of this mission, you: 

• Define with the customer the products to buy (Quantity, Quality, Reference)
• Prospect and select suppliers
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Process and track orders (receipt of the customer request, entry and issuance of the order, delivery tracking, etc.)
• Update information in the computer system
• Rigorously update the tables of tracking orders as well as savings on negotiation obtained.
• Resolve commercial and financial disputes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interpersonal skills, autonomy and creativity
• Analysis and synthesis skills
• Writing and interpersonal skills
• Sense of organization and rigor
• Very good command of the computer tool

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

• Salary trial period: 2 months maximum -Salary after trial period: from the 3rd month
• New increase possible after one year of seniority
• Paid leave offered per year
• 2 Automatic bonuses per year (Christmas and Labour Day)
• Working day and hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

CONDITION: write and speak fluent German
