PROPERTY MANAGER
Organize visits to the properties
Receive and sort the files of candidates for rental
Organize the collection of rental payments
Establish the inventory of fixtures for the arrivals and departures of tenants
Keep and manage the accounts of the various real estate properties
Manage maintenance contracts and maintenance related to real estate
Ensure that all tax declarations are made on time
BAC +3/+4/+5 in Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector
Rigor, dynamism, reactivity, sense of organization and anticipation
