MISSION
- Liaise between SMART and Prudential in the management of health insurance policies;
- Significantly reduce the rate of complaints from policyholders.
ACTIVITIES
- Set up a network of individual health insurance vendors;
- Advise the network of contributors in the implementation of health insurance contracts;
- Design insurance products under the supervision of the technical and statistical department;
- Develop the network of SMART providers;
- Track the issuance and distribution of SMART health insurance policies and please return signed.

- BAC + 2 in insurance
- Rigor and autonomy
- Ability to manage stress
- Be able to work in a team
- Ability to listen and take initiative
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Sense of customer service and organization
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
