Prudential Beneficial Insurance is Recruiting a Call Center Officer

Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for 1 Call Center Officer based in Douala for its development needs.

Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our diversity and inclusion charter.

Missions:

• Ensure the operation of the call center by ensuring that customer calls are quickly retrieved and handled satisfactorily in the shortest possible time;
• Ensure the implementation and development of means to improve the quality of service on the telephone;
• Manage clients’ emergency and/or complex situations.

Main activities:

• Ensure the receipt of all incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to identified needs or redirect them to the appropriate analyst;
• Conduct searches on client files based on requests received;
• Oversee call center activities for better results;
• Ensure the monitoring and implementation of the quality of service.
