Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 01 Health Claims Assistant based in Douala.

MISSION:

• Assist the Health Technical Service Manager in his missions;
• Report on compensation paid and remaining to be paid.

MAIN ACTIVITIES 

• Participate in technical and forensic expertise;
• Participate in the issuance of support vouchers;
• Participate in the seizure of payment checks and recourse cashing;
• Participate in the verification of the conformity of the claim documents of the body files;
• Respond to claims from service providers and policyholders while respecting procedures.
