Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 01 Health Claims Assistant based in Douala.
MISSION:
- Assist the Health Technical Service Manager in his missions;
- Report on compensation paid and remaining to be paid.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Participate in technical and forensic expertise;
- Participate in the issuance of support vouchers;
- Participate in the seizure of payment checks and recourse cashing;
- Participate in the verification of the conformity of the claim documents of the body files;
- Respond to claims from service providers and policyholders while respecting procedures.

- BAC + 2 in insurance
- Rigor and autonomy
- Adaptability
- Good communication
- Ability to manage stress

- Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
