As part of the implementation of the activities of the Global Fund Project (GC7),
in particular the operationalization of a Drop in-Center (DIC) in the city of Dschang,

Place of assignment: Dschang
Required profile
 Bachelor’s degree;
 Training as a psychosocial support worker with 2 years (two years) professional
experience in a similar position in health and/or development projects /  Excellent knowledge of the OBC environment and specifically the management of key populations;  Reside in the intervention district. 

2. Functions and responsibilities Main mission: Ensure the psychosocial monitoring of all DIC beneficiaries when needed, and in particular the active file, more specifically: • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of psychosocial activities, under the supervision of the DIC Coordinator; • Implement pre- and post-test counseling and individual counseling; • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans for its activity; • Ensure the correct execution of the activities and services offered by the Association; • Ensure the monitoring of assistance with ARV compliance; Ensure the recording of reporting data on activities carried out during the different periods; • Ensure the confidentiality of the active file is respected; • Lead and facilitate discussion groups; • Ensure psychosocial monitoring of affected and infected persons; • Provide hospital support; • Relay prevention messages; • Carry out any other task assigned by the DIC Coordinator as part of his/her role.

C- Composition of the file

•Updated CV with two (02) references;
• Cover letter with reliable telephone contact details and e-mail address addressed to the Executive Director of GYO;
• At least one letter of recommendation with contact details of reference persons,
• Photocopies of the Diploma(s) and/or certificates or any other document that can justify the level of experience.

Applications in five (05) copies, i.e. one (01) original and four (04) photocopies, are expected in a sealed envelope
no later than October 21, 2024, from the organization’s branches in Bafoussam and Dschang.
