Job Description & Summary

Our Sales and Marketing Operations team is client centric and strategizes to distinctively position PwC’s brand in the marketplace and facilitate long term revenue growth. As part of our team, you’ll help with the team to report, maintain, and analyse data within customer relationship management systems.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Sales Planning
- Review commercial strategy and identifies impacts on current practices and reports
- Ensure sales targets defined are implemented in Salesforce and set up for revenue monitoring
- Conduct awareness of sales KPIs across downstream nodes of Sales team members
- Execute / Report sales insights across managers, partners and LoS, with the use of standardized reports and dashboards.
- Monitor segmentation, account planning processes and follow up on action plan
- Embed the use of Salesforce to drive account and pipeline meetings leveraging reports and dashboards.
- Track sales progress with tasks and event assignments and follow up with business unit leaders, partners and staff.
Sales Enablement
- Drive Salesforce adoption and sustainability, and rewards and recognition.
- Provide basic training on the functionalities and best practices within the territory.
- Lead the planning, development and delivery of the main reporting / metrics needs raised by leadership and users.
- Collect and analyze local Salesforce data.
- Lead the delivery of overall change management, communications and ongoing training in alignment with the Territory Team.
End-User Support
- Review user access account and ensure cleanup of unused licenses
- Interact with country users and Client & Market Support team to solve problems and improve user experience.
- Provide 1st level support to anything related Salesforce or play liaison with IT.

Qualifications
- Licence/Bachelor Diploma and above
- Min 3 year experience in Sales & Commercial domains
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management & Customer Experience
- Experience in analytical roles and reporting
- Skills in data quality and reporting is required
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Excel & SQL is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce tool will be a plus.
Data Quality
- Act on data integrity close to (if not already a part of) the Source managers team
- Merge temporary records with validated records and manage account and opportunity team requests for updates in collar via collaboration with Data Stewards
- Liaise with wider community of data stewards across SSFA to discuss and solve duplicate records events, based on the rules of SSFA data ownership.
